Where I ship

I ship across Canada and the United States.

I can sometimes ship internationally by request, on custom orders, if you're happy to cover the shipping cost. If you're outside Canada or the US and you'd like a custom piece, please email me at inkandribbons1@gmail.com before ordering so we can arrange it.

Shipping cost

I use a third-party shipping service and charge a flat rate at checkout.

Free shipping

Canada: orders over $75 CAD ship free.
United States: orders over $75 USD ship free.

Processing time

Processing time is the time it takes me to make and pack your order. It does not include time in transit with the carrier.

Made-to-order and custom pieces: 1–3 weeks. These are sculpted, dried, painted and glazed by hand, and the drying stage can't be rushed.
Items already in stock on the website: shipped within 3 days.

Duties and customs

US orders: duties and customs are already included in the shipping rate you pay at checkout. There's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Other international orders (by arrangement): any duties, customs charges or import taxes are paid by the customer, directly to the carrier or customs authority. These are set by your country and are outside my control.

Tracking, lost and stolen parcels

You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, it's in their care. I provide tracking on every order, but I'm not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, or marked delivered and then stolen. If your tracking shows a problem, email me at inkandribbons1@gmail.com and I'll help you open a claim with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I ship to the address given on the order, and I can't cover the cost of a package sent to an incorrect address.
